The Department of Homeland Security has designated September National Preparedness Month, and we are joining Agility Recovery Solutions in its effort to educate the public about preparing for emergencies. When unexpected emergencies occur, whether they are naturally occurring or man-made, our greatest individual defense is preparedness. Getting an emergency supply kit, making an emergency plan, and identifying preparedness and response resources within our communities are several things we can do to prepare ourselves.
